MAKEUP LESSONS Many clients come with the desire to take control of their appearance and sign up for makeup lessons. We receive clients from every age and genre…including young girls first experimenting with makeup…to grown women who have finally taken time for themselves to learn a few tricks of the trade. We schedule time blocks with students to make sure any and every question is answered and also alot time for technique and demonstration. Our makeup lessons involve direct participation from student, where I will demonstrate makeup on one half of the face while the student completes the other half. This has proven to be very successful and clients often discover a new passion afterwards. Other times, a client will come with pictures of celebrites our magazine tear outs to replicate a look they've seen. PHOTO SHOOTS Urban Pretty offers services to fashion stylists, photographers, and other beauty industry professionals seeking makeup services on photoshoots. If you are interested in arranging a photoshoot, Makeup By Ren also partners with a photographer to offer package deals. PROM/FORMALS Makeup By Ren AIRBRUSH MAKEUP BODY MAKEUP / TATTOO & SCAR COVER-UP Body Make-up and Cover up, which is applied with an airbrush with our very special makeup, invented by my uncle 30 years ago (primarily for the entertainment industry), has amazing results. I can cover up anything from acne, scarring, stretch marks, Vitiligo, tattoos, sun spots, and almost any other skin condition, including spider and varicose veins, birth marks, and scars from tummy tucks, breast lifts, reductions, and augmentation. No matter which way we go, it will look and feel extremely natural,and won't come off on clothes or the furniture or on the towels and sheets. Further more, it is very rewarding, because I have the ability to change someone's life, even though it is only temporary. Or, I can teach my clients how to apply it themselves and mix their own custom color from the recipe I made them, or they can just order the makeup from me. In terms of pricing, Makeup By Ren spends extra time on the bride for her special day. We encourage a bridal consultation for $50 to ensure that the makeup artist and client is a perfect fit. From there, we work to develop a price package appropriate to serve the needs of the bridal party. We will travel to most areas in the Atlanta area and also offer services from our home studio. Unless the job is in another city or state, any distance over 15 miles will be charged a small travel fee and travel expenses. If it's just a few extra minutes, I wouldn't charge anything, but traveling fees and expenses normally won't cost more then $20 if anything. The client will be responsible for any parking expenses.
